Decision that the head `Accounts with Foreign Governments` should be treated as `Central` from the 1st of April 1937, but that credits from Foreign Governments in respect of outstanding balance on the 31st of March 1937 taken over by the Provincial Governments should be passed on the respective provinces for adjustment.
