India Office asked to modify agreements entered into with mechanics, etc., engaged in England for service on Indian State Railways to accord with agreements entered into with men engaged in India in respect of volunteering, joining Railway institutes, vaccination and travelling allowance, from port of disembarkation to station appointed, and vice versa on termination of appointment.
