Decision that country spirit ffarmers inthe Bombay Residency are entitled under clause 26 of their contract to a refund of so much of the duty on the unsold stock, of spirits remaining on their hands on the expiry of their contract as might represent an eyess over duty payments by them on acount of the minimum revenue guaranteed for the entire trennial period of the contract, instead of for the last year only of the same as had been the practice heretofore.
