Grant of permission to the Assistant Audit Officer, Army Audit Officer, Western Command, Quetta to present his original bills for travelling allowance for payment without the countersignature of the Director of Army Audit, provided that duplicate bills are at the same time forwarded to the letter for countersignature and transmission to the Audit Officer. Inclusion of the post of Assistant Audit Officer, Army Audit, Western Command in Supplementary Rule 193(b).
