Purchase by the Governor of the Punjab of additional motor car at a cost exceeding the sum still available in the motor car allowance, the excess expenditure being met from his tour grant on the condition that the excess as well as the cost of maintenance of the car, is met without exceeding either contract grant or the annual provision for touring expenses of H.E. the Governor.
