Conversion of temporary posts of daftari and one peon in the Commerce Dept., into permanent posts. Fixation of the permanent strength of the inferior staff at the Headquarters of the Government of India of the Department of Commerce, the Lighthouse Department and of Technical staff after taking into account posts for duty reserve.
