Revised Rates of Pay Rules- Amendment made in the .....................that a person holding no lien on a permanent post under Govt., who is appointed to officiats or to hold a temporary post as Assistant may, at the discreation of the Head of the Deptt. or Office to which he is appointed be brought on with effect from any date to the regular time scale; provided that the aggreate of temporary or officiating service or both rendered till that date in a Department or Attached Office by the person in question shall not be less than one year.
