Temporary establishment sanctioned for the Officer of the Accountant General North-Western Province and Oudh and of hte Deputy Accountant General Assam to bring up arrears of works and to get out special return and accounts. Comptroller General empower to sanction similar establishment within a limit of Rs. 30,000 a year for two years and thereafter within a limit of Rs. 25,000 a year.
