To Chief Secretary - In reply - Obseruing that it is not usual for the Suprem Government to grant any Pensions whatsoever not specifically provided for by the Rules but is content with forwarding the Memorials for the Courti decision - Such references the Bombay Government may make without the interuention of the Government of India but no intermediate payment of a Pension can be allowed pending the reference.
