Proposed amendment of Article 9, 10, 35 and 302, Civil Service Regulations, so as to simplify the leave rules of Military Officers in Civil employ and to place Leave in India under the Indian Army Leave Rules of 1886 on the same footing as Leave out of India for the purpose of calculating furlong under the Civil Leave Rules.
