Interpretation of Rule 2, Section 38 of the Civil Travelling Allowance Code, regarding the grant of travelling allowance to officers visiting hill station within their jurisdiction on duty. Proposed modification of the rule in accordance with the interpretation now given in the next edition of the Code.
