Question referred by the Comptroller and Auditor General whether in the case of the temporary increase of 20% on pay and acting allowance sanctioned to all non gazetted servants serving under the control of the Chief Commissioner, Delhi, whose salary exceeded Rs.75 a month, a non gazetted officer acting in a gazetted appointment can be allowed to add this temporary increase to his substantive pay.
