Grant of a pension of Rs. 10 a month to the widow of Lala Gela Ram, late Naib Tahsildar of Musa Khel in Baluchistan, who was murdered at Nili while on duty in connection with the levy of a grazing tax. A Local Government has not the power to sanction an extraordinary pension untill the Account Officer certifies that it is admissible under rule.
