Officiating Secretary - Submits for sanction an application from the Civil Surgeon of Benares for an extra allowance for discharging the Medical duties connected with the Government College at that Station and on the precedents eited thanks it but reasonable that 100 Rs. a month should be granted to the Civil Surgeons of benares agra Delhi and Bareilly for the additional duties in question.
