Refusal to grant a special pension of Rs.1,000 a year to Mr. E. Darlington, late Chief Collector of Customs, Burma, in addition to the pension of Rs.5,000 a year granted to him under rule. Inadmissibility under the law of the grant of a special additional pension payable from the Rangoon Port Trust Funds to Mr. E. Darlington in consideration of the exeptional services rendered by him to the Port Trust.
