Proposed grant to Mr. R. G. Macdonald, late Account General and Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Public Works Department, of a special addition pension of Rs.2000 a year in lieu of the additional pension of Rs.1000 a year admissible to him under Article 714A of the Civil Service Regulations, or of a bonus of Rs.10,000 in addition to the latter, in recognition of the special value of his services to Government.
