Refusal to teh grant of a Compassionate allowance to the son of deceased Hurgobind Peshkar who gone to Calcutta to give evidence in the forgery case of Queen versus Burke and died there of Cholera the refusal being based upon the ground that such grants are made only to relatives of Officers Killed in the execution of their duty.
