Informing him that the A G A has reported, that on ordering the trial of Chine Sing and Thakoor Sing, sepoys of the 6th regiment Native Infantry on whose evidence Jewrakun fraudulently obtained admission to family pension as the son, he being only the nephew of the late persaud, sepoy who paid in Afghanistan it was asertained that the former died in the year 1845 and that Thakoor Sing who has been brought to trial was sentenced to dismissal but as the conviction was not sustained by the evidence the sentence was annuled by the Comr.
