Decision that(1) The clerks ttransferred to the office of the Comptroller, Orissa from the offices of the A.G.s Bihar and Orissa and Madras should be granted the old Bihar scale of pay.(2) Men subsequently promoted to the Subordinate Accounts Service should be given the old Bihar scale of pay for that service.
