Decision that an officer not entitled to the cost of transporting a motor car on transfer may draw the actual cost of its propulsion subject to a limit of two annas a mile, provided that the cost of transporting the car as well as his personal effects does not exceed the cost of transporting the maximum maundage to which he is entitled.
