Article 486-C.S.R.- DecIIon that no past cases in which sanction to pension was accorded before the 5th April 1937 need be re-opened consequent on the revised interpretation of rule 2 below ------ even though the pension still continue to be paid at a higher rate than is admissible under that interpretation.
