Introduction of the credit system for the payment of duty on salt into those areas of Bengal where there is no water communication; the question of the rate of wastage allowance to be granted in respect of certain classes of salt in the Province; and the modification of the procedure in force in the Chittagong in connection with the transhipment of salt to Narayanganj.
