(2) that the deceased having to his credit in the fund should be disposed in accordance with clause (d) of Rule 17 of the said Rules, & (3) that the amount should be held in depositionible the person to whom payment is to be made in determined by a competent Civil Court the two potential claiments being informed of the adoption of this course & told that if they desire to claim the money they should institute proceedings.
