Government of India not authorised to relax in circumstances the rule under which an allowance not exceeding two-thirds of Indian Pay is given to an officer deputed on special civil duty to Europe. Allowance admissible to Dr. W.W.Hunter, Mr. J.Westland, Major Conway Gordon, Mr. H.E.James, and Mr. Goldmann during the period of their special duty in Europe.
