Negative orders on the proposal of the Military Department to grant an honorarium to Babu U. C. Chatterjee a clerk in that Dept. who has been selected to undertake the preparation of an analysis of the opinions on the draft Cantonment Code. Employment of a temporary additional clerk in the Military Dept. on R50 a month in connection with the above work.
