(1) Conclusions reached that the allowances attached to the King`s and the Indian Police Medals are not conditions of service, (2) that for the award of King`s and Indian Police Medals the Premier of a province is relieved of all responsibility, and (3) that a ministry has no constitutional right toi tender advice for the award of these medals.
