Decision that the fees levied for the supervision of salt shipments in the Madras Presidency should be restricted to the actual cost of the additional temporary establishments entertained and to the amout of travelling allowance admissible under rule to the permanent employees. (Question whether Financial Resolution No. 167 Ex., dated 12th January 1899, refers to such fees.)
