Proposal that subject to certain conditions, references to the Secy. of State on questions of which the Financial aspect is relatively unimportant, should be issued by the Administrative Departments concerned, but that the Finance Department should continue to issue, as at present, despatches and telegrams, which are mainly financial in their effects.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
