Interpretation of the ruling contained in the Resolution in this Department, No.4175, dated the 18th August 1894, directing the adoption at all Indian ports of the practice of the Bombay Custom House, which requires that the capsules and corks of bottles of wine and other liquors should indicate the county of origin as well as the names of shippers.
