Revision of orders in the Resolution of this Department No. 4175 dated 18th August 1894 and their incorporation in the instructions (executive) for the guidance of customs officers in the administration of the Indian Merchandise Marks Act, 1889. Re-issue of the instructions in the consolidated form with all later rulings embodied therein.
