Statements showing the quantity and value of dutiable articles of imported merchandise, which were allowed free of duty from bond or from Custom Houses, for the use of private individuals, institutions, etc., in Bengal, Bombay, and Burma during November 1894. Adoption by the Government of Bengal of the practice in the Bombay Customs Houses in regard to the refund of Customs duty on goods supplied by contractors to Governments Departments.
