Arrangements to raise the rate of Commission on all money orders issued at Baghdad & Baroda and to vest the British Resident at Baghdad with the authority raise it to two per cent in future & to prohibit the issue of money orders by the Baghdad & the Basra P.Os should the rate of premium on Bills of Exchange on India in the Baghdad Market rise above 1 per cent.
