Sanction of expenditure in connection with the supply of Camouflage nets to the Controller of Supply by the United provinces. Decision that the approval of the Governor General may be presumed in the case of any similar expenditure in future which is to be incurred in connextion with orders for camonflage nets from the controller of supplies.
