Proposal to place the manufacture and sale of excise slat in the Orissa Division under the sueprvision of Commissioner of Salt Revenue, Madras subject to the control of the Government of Bengal and Deputation of an officer of the Madas Salt Department to Orissa in order to examine and report on the Salt Fanctories there.
