At th instance of the Board of Revenue sanction was accorded to the revision of the district establishment of the Benares and Bihar agencies consequent upon the amalgamation of the two agencies and the reduction of cultivation at a net saving of Rs. 5,881 per mensem. The Accountant General United Provinces was informed.
