Director General Post Office - With reference to notification dated 25th May last requests to be informed if he is correct in supposing that under those orders one anna will be Charycable on every news paper etc. not excending 4 Tolaks in Weight two annas on every paper etc. exceeding 4 and not exceeding sic to Totals and one anna additional for every three totals or fraction of three totals above six totals.
