Grant of Rs 2 per diem for compensation to certain military signalers in regard to loss sustained by then in consequence of non-supply of free rations during the period they were employed in Gangtok-Khambajong line telegraph offices. Grant of Rs 2 a day as compensation in lieu of rations to all civil signalers in future for whom free rations are sanctioned, but not supplied.
