Visits of certain Afghan Refugees to Delhi. Attention of the Punjab Govt. drawn to existing orders which it is necessary not only that the sanction of the Govt. of India should be obtained to Afghan refugees visiting Delhi but also that it should be ascertained, in the first instance, whether the local previncial authorities have any objection to such visits.
