Decision that all Indian cavalry-Silladar or non-Silladar enlisting Sunni Mussalmans of the Derajat or Punjab, should remain eligible for a turn of Consular escort duty. The rate of pay for all escort- whether supplied by Silladar or non-Silladar regiments-should be as allowed to Silladars.
