(1) Grant of fifteen months combined leave to Mr.E.L.Nile, Superintendent, Foreign Department. (2) Decision that Clerks proceeding on long leave from Calcutta should not be called upon to refund any portion of the monthly Simla allowances drawn prior to their departure on leave and that such allowance should be treated in all respects as local allowances.
