Question of the grant of Simla House-Rent allowance for 1910 to Messrs. H. S. Crowley and Sundaram, who were summoned to officiate in appointments on the payment establishment of the Foreign Department Secretariat. Mr. Sundaram Refused and Mr. Crowley granted 1-7th of the full allowance for each month of his stay in Simla.
