Sanction to the retention of the full house rent allowanc by Messrs G.B. Tayor and H.E. Mitra who were absent in Simla for more than 3 months grant of conbined have to the F.A. Abhey from 1-5-15 to 2-10-16 return to duty on 1st May 1916, Recovery of Rs. 300/- being the house rent allowance for 1915.
