(1) Revised Resolution regarding the privileges and Concessions to Imperial Service Troops when mobilised for active Service and the expenditure to be met by the Government of India and Native States respectively for equipping and maintaining the troops in the field. (2) Proposed grant of honorary and temporary ranks to senior officers, and the grant of batta, at specified rates, to certain mounted officers of Imperial Service Troops when on active Service.
