Sanction to the proposal that the advances made from the Prant Loan Funds to certain States and Estates in the Kathiawar Agency be replaced by means of advances from the Kathiawar Agency Education Pension Fund, and that the interest on the advances from the latter Fund be paid pari passu with the interest on Government and guaranteed loans.
