With reference to his No. 4600, dated 11th ultimo, communicates observations and orders relative to the Judicial Commissioner`s objections to a part of the scheme for judicial improvements in Mysore lately sanctioned by Government , and to that officer`s suggestion regarding the appointment of Civil Judges in three districts named.
