Recommends, for sanction, the grant of a deputation allowances of Rupees 300 a month to Dr. Hayes, Deputy Commissioner of Singbhoom, in addition to travelling allowances, for the period during which he was employed in connection with the late expedition to Keonjhur, as a special and susbtantial mark of the appreciation of Government of the valuable services rendered by that Officers.
