Acknowledges receipt of No. 257, dated 26th June 1869, announcing arrival of two of Her Majestys cruisers with captured slaves at Aden, and asks for a statement showing the numbers of such slaves, the total amount expended on them, and the way in which they have been eventually disposed of during the past five years.
