Representation by the I.C.S. Association, Madras, that the vacancies which may arise on account of the officers concerned being on leave should be filled, as the omission to fill them affects the interests of officers who are eligible to hold those posts, and that the question of confirmation of the members of the I.C.S. shold be settled before the future pattern and composition of the Superior Services is taken up for consideration
