Charges to be borne by the Government of India by way of inter-provincial adjustment for work done on behalf of the Government of India by Law Officers of the Government of Bengal. Decision that the Government of India should contribute a lump sum of Rs. 43,000 annually for five years with effect from the 1st April 1921.
