Order under Section 29 (I) of the prisoners Act, 1900, for the transfer of prisoner Subramaniam alias Arokiaswamy from the Madras Fenitentiary to the Rangoon Central Jail to undergo a sentence of transportation after his transfer under section 40 to answer the charge for which he was sentenced has been effected.
